How to activate it?
Access or register to the personal area, enter your customer code and the invoice number that you find on your bill.

The leak protection fund is a tool that we have made available to all customers in the event of not visible water leaks from the outside and caused for example by breakage or wear of the pipeline.

If you'd like to change some of the data of your home contract by changing the diameter or moving the meter, fill out, sign and email the form on this page to the following address: modificheanagrafiche@gruppocap.it. You’ll receive a quote calculated based on the price list approved by the Metropolitan City of Milan Division Office.
