Self-reporting and savings
A perfectly functioning meter helps you save in your bill, because it provides real consumption without additional charges. Log in to the personal area and communicate your reading!
You can also communicate the self-reporting by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a photo of the meter, complete with serial number and reading, and specifying your customer code. Within two working days you’ll receive a response regarding the correctness of the reading provided. Or send an SMS to +39 342 4150138, indicating the customer code, invoice number and the reading data. Remember to separate the data with a comma.
Inspection and verification
To request an inspection and verify correct meter operation, access the personal area if you already have an account, or register. We will contact you as soon as possible to set up an appointment with the technician.
If you think your water meter has technical anomalies, request a metric verification: we’ll have it carried out in authorised laboratories. Sign in to your personal area if you already have an account, or sign up to send us your request.
If your water flow has suddenly decreased, it may be a pressure problem. Request a measurement of the pressure level of the network supply: book an appointment with one of our technicians by logging into your personal area.
