A perfectly functioning condominium meter allows you to have bills with real consumption, without additional charges. Access the personal area and communicate your self-reporting!

You can also submit your self-reading by sending an email to autolettura@gruppocap.it. In the email, please include the reading taken, your customer code, and one of the following identifying details: contract code, meter serial number, or Supply Point code.

We also ask you to attach a photo of the meter, clearly showing the serial number and reading, which may be useful for verification purposes. Within two business days, you will receive a response confirming whether the reading provided is consistent.

Alternatively, you can send an SMS to +39 3424150138, including your customer code, invoice number, and meter reading data. You can also submit your self-reading data by calling the free number 800 428 428 and selecting option 2.

Please remember to separate each piece of data with a comma.

Checks and efficiency

In case of anomalies

If you're an administrator and you've detected anomalies in the meter's operation, ask us for a metric verification: we will carry it out at authorised laboratories. Sign in to your personal area if you already have an account, or sign up to send us your request.

Insufficient supply

Request the measurement of the pressure level of the network supply for your building. To book an appointment with one of our technicians, go to your personal area if you already have an account, or register.

Changes on the meter
