A perfectly functioning condominium meter allows you to have bills with real consumption, without additional charges. Access the personal area and communicate your self-reporting!
You can also communicate the self-reporting by sending an email to autolettura@gruppocap.it, attaching a photo of the meter, complete with serial number and reading, and specifying your customer code. Within two working days you’ll receive a response regarding the correctness of the reading provided. Or send an SMS to +39 342 4150138, indicating the customer code, invoice number and the reading data. Remember to separate the data with a comma.
Checks and efficiency
To request an inspection and verify correct condominium meter operation, access the personal area if you already have an account, or register. We will contact you as soon as possible to set up an appointment with the technician.

In case of anomalies
If you're an administrator and you've detected anomalies in the meter's operation, ask us for a metric verification: we will carry it out at authorised laboratories. Sign in to your personal area if you already have an account, or sign up to send us your request.
Insufficient supply
Request the measurement of the pressure level of the network supply for your building. To book an appointment with one of our technicians, go to your personal area if you already have an account, or register.

Changes on the meter
If your building needs to make changes (change the diameter or move the meter), request a quote: log in to your personal area if you already have an account, or register. We will contact you as soon as possible to set up an appointment with the technician.
