Water or sewer

What it is
and how to request it

The connection is requested when a dwelling must be connected to the water mains or sewer system for the first time along with the meter installation if not yet present.

Register in the private area and activate the service!

If you need a new connection to the water mains or sewer system, access the personal area. Alternatively, fill out the contract and send it to richiestaallacciamento@gruppocap.it or bring it to our customer branch in via Rimini 36 in Milan.

Temporary water connection

What it is
and how request it

A temporary water connection is requested when you need for temporary uses, such as for fairs, exhibitions, circuses, etc.

If you would like to request it, please call our customer service team at +39 800 428 428, active Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Security deposit

The security deposit is paid by all customers except for those with direct debit and is calculated on the basis of average annual consumption, equal to three months. Every year, annual adjustments in the security deposit may be debited or credited in bills. All the regulatory details are reported in Resolutions no. 86 and 643 of 2013 of the National Authority for Energy, Gas and Water Services, which you can find here below.
