Real consumption only
A perfectly functioning meter allows you to have bills with real water consumption, without additional charges. Access the personal area and communicate your self-reporting.
You can also communicate the self-reporting by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a photo of the meter, complete with serial number and reading, and specifying your customer code. Within two working days you’ll receive a response regarding the correctness of the reading provided. Or send an SMS to +39 342 4150138, indicating the customer code, invoice number and the reading data. Remember to separate the data with a comma.
Checks and inspections
If you are a municipality or entity and want to request an inspection to verify meter operation, access the personal area and submit your request. We will contact you as soon as possible to set up an appointment with the technician.
In case of anomalies
Anomalies in meter operation may occur. You can request a metric verification as a municipality or entity. Log in to your personal area and send us your request
Delivery and pressure
If your water supply is insufficient, request a measurement of the network supply pressure level. To make an appointment with one of our registered technicians or, if you already have an account, access the personal area dedicated to municipalities and bodies.
If you need to change the diameter or move the meter, request a quote: log in to your personal area if you already have an account, or register. We will contact you as soon as possible to set up an appointment with the technician.
