You can also communicate the self-reporting by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a photo of the meter, complete with serial number and reading, and specifying your customer code. Within two working days you’ll receive a response regarding the correctness of the reading provided. Or send an SMS to +39 342 4150138, indicating the customer code, invoice number and the reading data. Remember to separate the data with a comma.
If the meter isn't working
We know that efficiency is an important part of business. You can verify correct meter operation by requesting an inspection through your personal area. We will contact you as soon as possible to set up an appointment with the technician.
In case of failures
Do you think your meter has technical anomalies? You can request a metric verification as a company or small business by logging in to your personal area and submitting the request.
Not enough water?
