For anything related to a contract or bill, you can book an appointment with one of our consultants at the Water Point in your municipality if they are a member. Here are some of the operations you can carry out at the CAP Group Water Point and the customer branch:

• connection to the water and sewage network and quotes for the extension of networks; takeovers/transfers and variation of contractual data;
• supply deactivation;
• request for provisional supply;
• request for metric verification for correct meter operation;
• sign for direct debit to your account.
