For anything related to a contract or bill, you can book an appointment with one of our consultants at the Water Point in your municipality if they are a member. Here are some of the operations you can carry out at the CAP Group Water Point and the customer branch:

• connection to the water and sewage network and quotes for the extension of networks; takeovers/transfers and variation of contractual data;
• supply deactivation;
• request for provisional supply;
• request for metric verification for correct meter operation;
• sign for direct debit to your account.

You decide the day and time! Alternatively, you can always go to the central office in Milan located in via Rimini 38 from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 16.30 and on Saturday from 8.30 to 12.30.
