What is the customer branch for?

At the Gruppo CAP customer service desk in Via Rimini 38, Milan, you can carry out various operations: connection to the water and sewerage network and estimates for network extensions, takeover, transfer and change of contract details, deactivation of supply, request for temporary supply, request for meter verification to ensure correct functioning, subscription to direct debit, payment of bills. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
