What is the customer branch for?

SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE

You can carry out several operations at the customer branch of the CAP Group at via Rimini 36 in Milan: connection to the water and sewage network and quotes for the extension of networks, takeovers, transfers and variation of contractual data, supply deactivation, request for provisional supply, request for metric verification for correct meter operation, sign for direct debit on your account, and pay bills. Remember, the branch is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
