To report a fault or communicate any anomaly on the networks and systems, such as lack of water, leakage from the meter, draining difficulty, refluxes, malfunctions or anything that affects the aqueduct, sewers or treatment, fill in this form in its entirety and submit it.

We will contact you as soon as possible to verify your report and define the intervention times and methods.
