In carrying out its activities, including contracts, supplies and services, the CAP Group complies with and applies the principles of the Public Procurement Code, specifically Article 4: cost efficiency, effectiveness, impartiality, equal treatment, transparency, proportionality, advertising, environmental protection and energy efficiency. This section includes all the invitations to tender and contracts of the companies CAP Holding and Amiacque managed by the Legal Procurement and Contracts Division of the CAP Group.
